90 days Premium Membership - only 39 €

Premium Members have direct access to email addresses* -phone numbers* -postal addresses*
(* as provided by the au pair or host family)

This is a one-time payment. Premium Membership expires automatically after 90 days. There's no automatic renewal and no long term commitment.

How to become a Premium Member:

Precondition:
You renew your Premium Membership within 30 days after expiration of your previous Premium Membership.

The succeeding Premium Membership's duration is for a period of 90 days, too, and will end automatically.

Refund Policy

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation (distance selling), you may cancel your premium membership up to 14 days after the date on which you submit payment and as long as you haven't already used our service.

Due to the nature of our service we do not refund you, if you have already viewed any au pair or family profile after your premium membership had been activated.

As soon as you are a premium member and you have accessed any au pair or family profile or a message from an au pair or family our premium services is deemed to be provided completely.

Double Payments

In the rare case of a double payment we will, of course, refund this double payment instantly. In case you have paid twice, we kindly ask you to inform us about it so that we can refund the money. Thank you.

Pro-rated Refunds

If you cancel your registration with Aupair World prior to the end of your 90 day membership period, Aupair World does not provide a proportional refund.
It is not possible to interrupt (delay) your Premium Membership.

If for some reason, you have technical problems or are not able to login to your account on Aupair World, please contact us using the feedback form. We will then try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
